Alison Diamond

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Alison Diamond

Alison is a strong leader who can motivate large groups to do just about anything. She has typically gravitated toward mission-driven organizations and brings more than a decade of experience in both private and not-for-profit ventures to her role. Most recently as Director, Organizer Success at Goldstar Events, Alison led a team that supported more than 6,000 event organizer partners nationwide. Previously she worked as a manager in business operations at FamilyFINDS, a daily deal website with 300K subscribers, through its merger with CertifiKids.

In prior roles with CureSearch and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, she devoted her talents to fundraising on behalf of pediatric illnesses and achieving aggressive, annual increases in development goals. JYBE is her next chapter because of the arrival of her daughter Norah in 2017. “It is unacceptable that, if we do nothing, by the year 2050 the weight of plastic in our oceans will outweigh sea-life. That is Norah's food. NOPE.” Alison holds a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.

Paul Kradin

Co-Founder & Chief
Communications Officer

Paul Kradin

Paul is an experienced writer and corporate communications practitioner with a background in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. He has enjoyed working on the agency side, in-house and as a communications consultant in the public relations/public affairs business. Most recently he worked in philanthropic communications for a non-profit national hospital network. Paul’s passion is in using language to craft persuasive and memorable messages but, in response to his rising alarm over the planet’s climate crisis, Paul left his career track in 2018 to launch CO2CYCLE, an environmental sustainability firm working with commercial and photo shoots to make their sets carbon neutral, single-use plastic-free and more mindful about recycling waste.

Since launching in August 2018, CO2CYCLE has worked on nearly two dozen sets and seen a growing interest in the service. Because the climate crisis is mankind’s greatest opportunity to productively transform our economy, JYBE must play a significant role in persuading consumers to use their purchasing power to change cultural practices. Paul holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in English Literature.
